Support Healing and Hope
Christ House fills a critical gap in the health care system by providing patients who are homeless with the 24-hour care needed to manage health conditions in a safe and stable environment. Patients at Christ House receive individualized wraparound care, case management, transportation to and from specialty appointments, in-house addiction counseling, three nutritious meals a day, and opportunities to participate in community events and activities.
